BPCOntest is a contest aimed at start-ups, innovative SMEs, universities, research institutes and IRCCS that stand out for excellence and innovation in the management of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).
The award aims to enhance and promote advanced technological and therapeutic solutions, with the aim of significantly improving the quality of life of patients suffering from this disease.
Categories
The award shall be used by the Organisation exclusively for the support and implementation of the winning project. Pursuant to Article 6 of Presidential Decree 430/01 ‘Regulations concerning the organic revision of the discipline of competitions and award operations, as well as local lottery events pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 4, of Law no. 449 of 27 December 1997’ this initiative shall not be considered a competition and/or award operation as the purpose of the initiative is the conception and study of projects of a scientific nature and the awarding of the award represents recognition of merit or in any case a title of encouragement in the interest of the community.
